Unless otherwise stated my dice are usually crafted in epoxy resin and finished with premium acrylic paint.
Occasionally when inspiration strikes there can be inclusions of other materials which can affect the overall weight of the dice.
I take care not to add inclusions in a way that will skew the weight distribution of dice.

- Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

- Local (Singapore): Shipped via Ninja Van, with delivery in approximately 2–3 business days.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.

What payment methods can I use?
We offer 35 different payment methods including major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Diners as well as many different local payment methods including Klarna, iDEAL, AliPay, Sofort, giropay, and many more.
Can I purchase items with another currency?
Yes, you may select a currency based on your personal preference. When you select your country in the country selector on the upper right of the website, you will see prices listed in the regional currency.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates after an order has been placed. These changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If a mistake has been made with your order information, it’s quickest to create a new order with the correct information and then let our Customer Service know.
How To Return My Items?
For local orders, you can initiate a self-service return through the Orders tab.
Please note that we do not currently offer free returns for overseas customers. All international return costs must be covered by the customer.
When sending items back, we advise marking the package as “returned goods” to avoid additional duties. We also strongly recommend using a registered, trackable shipping service and keeping proof of posting, as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us.
