Processing Time

• Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.

• You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Shipping Regions

• Dice: We ship worldwide.

• Candles & Wax Melters: Currently available for local delivery within Singapore only.

Carriers & Methods

• International: Shipped via FedEx. Delivery times and costs will be displayed at checkout, and you can select your preferred shipping option.

• Local (Singapore): Shipped via Ninja Van, with delivery in approximately 2–3 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Local Orders: Flat-rate shipping.

• International Orders: Calculated at checkout based on FedEx rates.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied by their country.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.

Restrictions

• Candles and Wax Melters cannot be shipped internationally.

• We do not currently ship to PO boxes.
